From our beautiful open kitchen our chefs prepare one of the delicious breakfast option and a cup of Costa Rican coffee from the world renowned are of Dota. We serve it up the traditional way, alongside a variety of tasty breakfast options to kickstart your day.

Enjoy a delightful lunch at the hotel, or if you’re hitting the waves during lunch, we’ll bring the lunch to the beach. Nothing beats a great meal with the ocean as your backdrop.

Dinners are dinner party style: Think three-course dinners featuring everything from fresh tuna to organic meats and farm-raised chicken from the mountains and of course delicious desserts.

We’ve got snacks, coffee, beer, and wine available throughout the day to keep you refreshed and satisfied. And don’t miss out on our informal coffee tasting sessions. It’s a fun and tasty way to dive into Costa Rican culture and sample some amazing coffee.

All-inclusive from the moment we pick you up in San Jose, Costa Rica until we get you back there after a great week with us.

At Kalon Surf, our surf sessions are tailored to the ocean tides, ensuring you get the best waves. We surf on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, adjusting our schedule as the tides shift by about 40 to 60 minutes each day. Here’s an example of what a typical Sunday looks like:

Sunday:
07:30 – 09:00: Breakfast
09:45 – 10:45: Pool Session
11:45 – 16:30: Surf Session (with lunch at the beach)
18:15: Three-Course Gourmet Dinner

Monday:
07:30 – 09:00: Breakfast
09:45 – 10:30: Yoga: Stretching for Surfing
11:00 – 12:00: Video Analysis + Practice
12:00: Lunch
12:45 – 17:15: Surf Session
18:15: Three-Course Gourmet Dinner

On other days, you’ll enjoy a variety of activities such as complimentary coffee tastings, additional pool sessions, yoga classes, an informal cooking class, and plenty of time to relax and unwind.
