Work With Us
Kalon Surf is a small, family-owned luxury surf resort near Dominical on Costa Rica's South Pacific coast. Our team of around 35 people runs everything — from the surf coaching and the kitchen to guest services and groundskeeping. Every week, we welcome a new group of up to 20 guests from around the world, and every week we work together to give them the best week of their year.
We hold ourselves to high standards. The resort carries a 4.9-star rating across hundreds of reviews because our team genuinely cares about every detail — from the food on the plate to the wave selection on the beach. Kalon Surf es un resort de surf de lujo, pequeño y familiar, ubicado cerca de Dominical en la costa del Pacífico Sur de Costa Rica. Nuestro equipo de alrededor de 35 personas se encarga de todo — desde el coaching de surf y la cocina hasta la atención al huésped y el mantenimiento. Cada semana recibimos un nuevo grupo de hasta 20 huéspedes de todo el mundo, y cada semana trabajamos juntos para darles la mejor semana de su año.
