From the surf coaching to the gourmet food to the mid-week massage, everything is included in your trip from the moment we pick you up from the airport to when we drop you off.
We surf (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) around the ocean tides, from mid to high tide and as the tides move every day about 40–60 minutes, the schedule moves along with it.

Arrival
We pick you up at San José airport for the 3-hour drive down the coast.

Sunday – Tuesday
Surf days
3–5 hours a day in the water, three guests per coach, with video analysis before each session. Yoga and pool sessions too.

Rest day
No surfing. Your one-hour massage, time by the pool, and optional tours.

Surf days
Back in the water with your coach for the last two days.

Home
Breakfast overlooking the Pacific, then the drive back to SJO.
An example week. A coffee tasting and a cooking class are part of the week too.

Five days with your coach, surfboards included, plus video analysis and photos.
