Comfort & Privacy

We believe that our guests value comfort and privacy. So all our rooms have their own private spacious bathroom. (therefore we also do not offer 'sharing' options).
The Mansion

Our luxury mansion is spacious with lots of place to discover! A beautiful infinity pool with a stunning 180 degrees view for you to relax in or watch one of the many movies in the video room on our 50" flatscreen. The spacious terrace & balcony and one of the several hidden spots are perfect to watch the sun set or read a nice book while hearing the jungle sounds.
Delicious Food

Our homemade food (all of it) is healthy, and delicous! Our previous guests have written about it in their reviews over and over again; they love it and so will you! From fresh tuna to beef to tropical fruits, you will taste here a unique fusion of local and international cuisine.

Surf Levels Surf Coaching for Everyone

At Kalon Surf, we will always coach based on your needs and level when you come in. The levels description below are a reference and give you an idea how you will progress during the week and beyond. Some will advance quicker, some will need a bit more time - in the end surfing is about having fun, and we will make sure you will enjoy it as much as we do, and get hooked for life.

Personalized Coaching

Before your stay we already will get to understand your level, needs and goals so that during the week we will make sure you get everything out of the week and more! We have build our coaching methods in such a way that you normally will master one level in a week and understand how to progress your surf on your next surf trip! 

Goal: Catching Green Waves by yourself (and have it on a photo!)

Do you want to become a surfer? This is the first step on your journey. If you want to build a solid foundation of skills to get up and riding or maybe you have had a lesson before but need a refresher – you will start the week as a Kalon Boardrider. We will help you safely build confidence catching and riding waves, allowing your comfort zone to increase gradually to the ocean environment.

Goal:  Catch consistenly waves - controlling angled take off & trimming

Are you ready to shift your surfing up a gear? If you have mastered standing in the whitewater, been catching green waves now and then & now want to catch consistenly clean waves, feel the rush of sliding down the line (knowing to go right or left) and sit “out the back” – Kalon Cruisers suits you. Our coaches will get you into the line up and taking off on some clean, green waves with proper angled take offs, triming and body position to set you up for the next level

Goal: Build further on Trimming & Carving and perform Cut Backs and Floaters

Want to stake your claim at the local spot? Kalon Carvers is for surfers riding unbroken waves front & backside and are comfortable sitting in the line up. Harness the speed of the ocean and unlock the turns you have been dreaming of. You’ll be trimming down the line & carving clean arcs before the week is out.

Goal:Combine Manouvers, Speed & Flow

Already ripping turns and hungry for more? Get shred ready for the moves that will take your stoke factor to a new high. Float effortlessly over broken sections, cut back into the pocket and gun those bigger sets with ease. Kalon Chargers offers more advanced waveriding techniques for surfers ready to step up.
